Charitable purposes
THE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY ARE: 2.1 To foster connection within Dundrum and surrounding areas by managing Existing network of local people involved in all aspects of the arts and Crafts. To give them identity and to provide vibrancy and regeneration in the Village. 2.2 To advance the learning and sharing of skills to tackle social isolation and promote wellbeing by delivering creative inclusive and affordable programs,workshops and events in Dundrum and surrounding areas. 2.3 To widely consult on a village strategy for the provision of creativity in its many forms. To develop a four year plan and identify available funding sources. To ensure that such consultation is cross community, cross social strata and intergenerational. 2.4 To establish or secure a central venue to develop a vibrant inclusive creative hub in Dundrum in order to promote local creative skills, encompass diversity of culture all linked in to Dundrum as an area of special environmental interest. The creative hub will provide a safe and welcoming open environment for all in the community and open to visitors to the area. It will provide workshop space. It will provide a sense of ownership and regeneration within the community, which has been overdeveloped.
