Charitable purposes
The group shall be known as the Donaghcloney Community Garden the purpose of which shall be to promote the welfare and interests of the residents in Donaghcloney and its surrounding area, in all such ways that are exclusively charitable and, if necessary, to cooperate with other similar organisations both locally and nationally. The objectives of the group are to promote the benefit of residents of the Donaghcloney and surrounding areas without distinction of political opinion, sexual orientation, religious belief, disability, age, gender, race, marital status and family status, or other opinion by engaging in and organising community activities and projects with the object of improving the quality of life of said residents. We are a not-for-profit organisation.
