THE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY ARE:- To promote citizenship and advance community development by providing positive opportunities for women to achieve their potential, through recognising and respecting everyone as individuals and breaking down barriers which prevent women's full participation in society. The following activities aim to fulfil the purposes but are not limited to: 1. To provide food and basics to vulnerable women. 2. To provide contact information of relevant professional organisations that women may need to use. 3. To provide constructive practical help for women in the community, with use of volunteers. 4. To set up a support network for women - managing mental health/well being. 5. House to home project. 6. To build professional skills that can lead to gaining qualifications. 7. To supporting women in their effort to get back to work. 8. To be an outlet for fun/laughter through planned events. 9. To build friendships and combat loneliness. 10. To discuss and share issues/problems in a safe environment. ​
