The advancement of community development by contributing to the regeneration of the Donegall Pass area through the development and delivery of a good relations community hub hosting social enterprise initiatives, community facilities and other services in order to meet the needs of the local community, improve connectivity and attract visitors to the area. The relief of those in need due to poverty or lack of housing by partnering with housing associations to develop affordable housing for those in need and use of a community hub to address the low income and poor employment opportunities by the creation of jobs, entrepreneurship, training and educational opportunities, child care provision, access to family support services, welfare and employment rights advice and debt counselling to those within the Donegall Pass area. The promotion of religious or racial harmony or equality and diversity in the Donegall Pass area in order to reduce levels of racial discrimination and antisocial behaviour leading to enhanced pride and confidence within the area improving perceptions / opinions by building community capacity and engagement to manage a community space where people feel valued and where their opinions are heard and taken into consideration, regardless of community identities.
