Charitable purposes

The Charity’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to the following: a. The promotion of the health and well-being of the inhabitants of Dechomet, helping to improve life expectancy and the avoidance of premature deaths; b. The promotion of good community relations among the beneficiaries regardless of religious belief, political opinion, marital status or sexual orientation; c. To promote social inclusion, reduce isolation and increase social networks for the inhabitants of Dechomet and surrounding rural area; d. To advance education, personal development and facilitate shared learning for all residents of the area of benefit; e. The promotion of community development and capacity building through establishing activity programmes that will engage the beneficiaries, young and old For the avoidance of doubt, the system of law governing the articles of association of the charity is the law of Northern Ireland.
