The Charity is established to take over the operation of Saint Joseph’s Centre for the Deaf, based at 321 Grosvenor Road, Belfast and the activities run from that Centre (hereinafter called the ‘Centre’). The (“Objects”) of the Charity are restricted to and relieving the need of people in Northern Ireland with hearing and/or other sensory impairments, their families/ carers, by such means that are charitable under the law of Northern Ireland
