Charitable purposes
The purpose of The Giving Shed is to provide emergency practical assistance information and support to individuals and families who are facing financial hardship and struggling with day-to-day practicalities (eg. food, clothing, bedding, toiletries etc). We collect and distribute donated goods and work in partnership with well-known chain stores and local businesses to provide pantry items. We work to raise awareness by networking with relevant support services and organisations who can act as a two way referral agent and through our work we advocate for long term change.
