Charitable purposes

1: To provide a platform that promotes and makes accessible information on climate change, related topics and connected problems, solutions, and mechanisms. The direct benefits from this purpose include the improved understanding of users of our platform on the mechanisms of climate change and related topics including causes and solutions. These benefits will be evident in the engagement of information on our platform (including a website and social media outlets) as well as feedback regularly collected on information perception and content. Ensuring objectivity and evidence including sourcing in the contextualisation of information presented combats misinformation. The public on the island of Ireland including Northern Ireland will benefit from the contextualised and accessible information in understanding what climate change is particularly from an island of Ireland perspective. 2: To provide a platform to improve the ability of the public on the island of Ireland to act on and aid in the mitigation of climate change and its related problems. The direct benefits that flow from this purpose are the increased participation of the public in activities and volunteering in the mitigation of climate change including in areas such as community improvement, conservation, and socialisation. These benefits are demonstrated in organisational membership of our platform aiming to promote their causes and also user engagement of actions through our platform. Feedback collected on follow-through, participation and repeat actions will validate this public benefit. Actions will be hyper-local through national therefore benefiting local communities to the entire island of Ireland including Northern Ireland.
