The Charity is established for the following exclusively charitable purposes, for the benefit of the public in Northern Ireland and Nigeria: 2.1 The Prevention or Relief of Poverty: By providing food, shelter, clothing, financial aid, and other basic necessities to people in need. 2.2 The Advancement of Education: Through the provision of scholarships, school supplies, educational materials, literacy programs, and access to learning for disadvantaged communities. 2.3 The Advancement of Health: By promoting mental health, offering free counselling services, conducting wellness outreaches, and providing health education. 2.4 The Advancement of Human Rights, Equality, and Diversity: Through empowerment initiatives, legal aid, and campaigns addressing harmful cultural practices, gender inequality, and discrimination. 2.5 Community Development: By delivering capacity-building programs, youth and women empowerment, vocational training, and civic education to foster active citizenship. For the avoidance of doubt, the system of law governing the constitution of the charity is the law of Northern Ireland.
