NIIOC is established to advance education, to promote the arts and to develop appreciation of the art and science of organ music in all its aspects to the benefit of the public without distinction of age, gender, disability, political religious or other opinions, or social or economic circumstances, in particular: a) To promote the musical education of young persons: b) To provide opportunities for young people to develop and enhance skills associated with organ playing: c) To provide opportunities to play in and experience competitions and public concerts and such other musical events as the Committee shall deem suitable.
