02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
To advance religion in the Parish of Alva by reaching out to the people of Alva with God's love. We provide weekly church services, a weekly community cafe and open ther church for prayer and contemplation. We run a youth club during Autumn and Winter and operate a food larder for those in need in the community. Our Church Halls are available for hire. The ministerial team undertake weddings, baptisms and funerals.
