02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
ACTS purpose is to encourage ecumenism between the Christian churches and organisations in Scotland (and, indeed, more widely). it presently does this by the awarding of financial grants in support of appropriate organisations and events, in response to applications made. all applications are considered by the trustees, who then determine an appropriate response .

Constitutional objectives
To further the mission and realise the unity of the Church Universal by providing a national focus of inter-church counsel, education and action, specifically to promote, participate in, implement and manage actions, projects, programmes and initiatives.
