02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The charitable purposes are to carry out any activities which promote the historic Christian faith, as reflected in the Charity’s statement of faith. The Charity formerly carried out its main activities through its regular Church meetings, through which it supported charitable Christian works both at home and abroad. Following its decline, with a small and aging congregation, and eventual loss of its meeting place, the Charity has continued to exist so that the funds it holds can be used in a responsible, if modest, way to continue to support Christian works at home through the local activities of other churches and abroad through the work of missions.
