Constitutional objectives
(A) to give financial aid to individuals who are in deprived, distressed, infirm, poor or modest circumstances and who are in full time education and who are domiciled in the local authority areas of Perth & Kinross, Fife, Stirling, Clackmannanshire, Angus and Dundee in Scotland. (B) to provide or assist in providing by way of direct grant or otherwise educational, cultural, convalescent or recreational facilities and opportunities to individuals who are in full time education and who are domiciled in the local authority areas of Perth & Kinross, Fife, Stirling, Clackmannanshire, Angus and Dundee in Scotland. (C) to make payments to such charitable organisations as the Trustees may decide which at the time of payment are recognised as charitable by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator and are operating (although not necessarily exclusively) within the said local authority areas.
