02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Kinharvie exists to serve people through facilitation, helping individuals and organisations create life-giving spaces where potential is realised. Our close-knit team of professionals brings deep experience in education and care, offering support to young people and adults alike. We focus on personal growth, delivered through coaching, retreats, workshops, and training opportunities. We provide facilities for development, information and support services, and education programmes. A key commitment is developing leaders and staff in not-for-profit organisations and others serving communities. By equipping those who work with people in need, we extend the reach of our impact. We remain dedicated to serving across all sections of society with care, insight, and professionalism.
