What the charity exists to do
Manage the Drymen Village Hall for the benefit of the residents of Drymen and the surrounding area, and for any bona fide charitable organisation wishing to hold a fund raising event.

Constitutional objectives
For the purposes of physical and mental training and recreation, and social, moral and intellectual development through the medium of reading and recreation rooms, library, lectures, classes, recreation or otherwise as may be found expedient of the inhabitants of the Parish of Drymen in the County of Stirling without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions subject to the provisions of these presents.
