Constitutional objectives
6. The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund for charitable purposes exclusively. 7. For the purpose of implementing the provisions of Clause 6 hereof, the Trustees shall from time to time and at any time in their uncontrolled discretion, but subject always to the discretionary powers conferred on them under Clause 8 hereof, payor apply the capital or the income of the Trust Fund, in sums of such amount as the Trustees in their absolute discretion may decide, in anyone or more or all of the following ways: Powers (One) Awarding grants for the advancement in life of children and young people up to the age of 25 suffering from any form of disability including the payment of fees for special training and the purchase books and equipment. (Two) Providing grants to enable children and young people up to the age of 25 suffering from any form of disability to establish themselves in a trade or profession. (Three) Paying subsistence grants to children and young people up to the age of 25 suffering from any form of disability during periods of training for any trade or profession (Four) making financial provision for such medical services, appliances and comforts as may be required by children and young people up to the age of 25 suffering from any form of disability (Five) making financial provision whereby children and young people up to the age of 25 suffering from any form of disability may enjoy a holiday in a suitable surrounding with such nursing or attention as their condition may require (Six) making grants for the purpose of obtaining clothes and other necessities for children and young people up to the age of 25 suffering from any form of disability (Seven) Contributing to any scheme, trust, organisation or other body whose aims are similar to the purpose of the trust.
