The principal activity is to support people with learning disabilities. This is achieved by leasing the trust's properties to service users with additional support needs, and providing grants.

Constitutional objectives
The objects of the Charity are: (1) to provide for the spiritual, physical and material welfare and education of the mentally handicapped and those with learning disabilities and to provide assistance to those associated with the mentally handicapped or those with learning disabilities in any way. and (2) to benefit in any way such other charitable object or objects in any part of the world as the Trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit to support or establish.
