All sums received by the Trustees in respect of the aforesaid Annuity shall be applied by them solely and exclusively to charitable purposes, but the purposes selected by them shall always be charitable purposes within the meaning of the Income Tax Acts, expenditure on any other purposes being hereby expressly prohibited.
