The New School Butterstone (subject to insolvency proceedings)

Constitutional objectives

(a) to carry on in Butterstone and elsewhere a school or college (for boarders of day students or both) having as its main objective the advancement of education of and the communication of instruction. (b) to establish, equip and conduct and co-operate in establishing, equipping and conducting at Butterstone or at such place the company shall from time to time determine such schools, classes, lectureships and other means of instruction as the Company shall deem expedient with a view to the advancement of education or communication or communication of instruction (c) to grant and establish bursaries, scholarships and awards or to administer the same and to make payments towards the expenses of students and to grant prises or to take action designed to promote education (d) the provision of care, education and training for vulnerable adults and those with additional support needs and those facing the transition from secondary education, whether residential or otherwise.
