The charity is set up to provide financial assistance to former pupils and staff of George Watsons College who are struggling due to ill health or for other reasons

Constitutional objectives
The purpose of the Fund shall be to provide relief for former pupils and members and former members of the staff of the School and the Former Schools, and their dependants who find themselves in disadvantaged circumstances.
