4 The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 To advance dog welfare 4.2 To seek suitable new homes for dogs whose present owners are unable or unwilling to continue ownership 4.3 To provide veterinary help to those in need 4.4 To help reduce the number of unwanted dogs 4.5 To encourage responsible dog ownership.
