OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION To relieve the blind, or the partially blind, or those labouring under some temporary or permanent incapacity or disability which makes reading a strain, by provision of recorded tapes and other necessary equipment to allow them to receive information otherwise than by reading. This service will be directed in particular to such persons residing in the District of Inverclyde.
