Constitutional objectives
The Fund shall be devoted solely to the relief of worthy, poor, and distressed brethren, who are members of Lodges in the Province, and the widows, Children, or parents of such brethren, or such others as may be deemed by the Committee to have been dependent on them, and shall not be appropriated to any other purpose. but nothing herein shall prevent casual relief being granted, conform to Bye-Law 52.
