Advance the education of pre-school children with emphasis on play experience so that they may take a constructive place in the community in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving their quality of life. Provide safe and satisfying group play in which parents take part when appropriate. encourage other charitable activities through which parents may assist. Promote education to parents, carers and other adults, children and teenagers in the furtherance of the aim.: Operating within the provisions of The Children's Act (1989) and other legislation as applicable.
