What the charity exists to do
It supports and provides accommodation for homeless men and women by providing hostel accommodation in premises owned by the Charity but rented to the Salvation Army

Constitutional objectives
That the objects of the Association shall be:- 1. To maintain or make provision for the maintenance of accommodation for men or women or both at the existing Perth Model Lodging House in the Skinnergate, Perth, which shall be known hereafter as 'Skinnergate House', to be conducted as hitherto in accordance with the wishes and intentions of the first benefactors and of the late Lord Forteviot. and 2. To establish if need be other Lodging Houses in Perth for men or women or both or for married couples on a like system.
