02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

To undertake or promote any charitable work approved by the committee and in particular: 1) To purchase defibrillators and other associated medical equipment, as may be determined from time to time by the Committee, for the use in emergency medical treatment in the locality of St Andrews and District. 2) To undertake and make funds available for public awareness training in Basic Life Support and the use of public access defibrillators. 3) The Committee may at their discretion, delegate the organisation of training to any properly constituted group fulfilling the criteria laid down by the Resuscitation Council of the United Kingdom.
