Constitutional objectives

IN THE SECOND PLACE I HEREBY DIRECT that the funds forming the residue of my said means and estate as and when received by the Trustees hereunder shall be invested and held by them and the income arising therefrom shall be applied for the purposes after specified videlicet:- ... (SECOND) For the provision and payment of grants to Ministers of the Church of Scotland having been ordained five years or over and in full charge of a Congregation in the City of Aberdeen or County of Aberdeen (PRIMO) to enable them to travel at home or abroad mainly with a view to educational benefit and not solely for reasons of recreation or health and (SECUNDO) To enable them to purchase books.
