Constitutional objectives

In the event of failure of beneficiaries for occupation of the houses belonging to the Trust of which the Trustees shall be the sole judges occurring and persisting for an unbroken period of not less than fifteen years, I authorise the Trustees to realise the Trust Estate consisting of heritable properties and the endowment fund and sinking fund and after meeting all expenses to pay and make over the net proceeds realised in such proportions as the Trustees in their sole discretion shall decide to the following charitable objects or any one or more of them: (One) the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund, Thirty seven Saint George's Road, Wimbleton, London, (Two) the Aged and Infirm Clergy Supplementary Fund of the Episcopal Church in Scotland, (Three) the Widows and Orphans Supplementary Fund of the Episcopal Church in Scotland, (Four) the Aged and Infirm Ministers Fund of the Church of Scotland, (Five) the Maintenance of the Ministry for the benefit of Ministers' Widows of the Church of Scotland, (Six) the Royal Society for the Relief of Indigent Gentlewomen of Scotland and (Seven) the Musicians ' Benevolent Fund, Saint Cecilia's House, Seven Carlos Place, London.
