What the charity exists to do

Within the area of South Ayrshire the charity aims to relieve stress on the persons or families caring, typically on a 24/7 basis, for people who are physically or mentally disabled, have a learning disability or are elderly. The charity aims to care, in appropriate circumstances, for persons who are living alone and are physically disabled, have a learning disability or are elderly.

Constitutional objectives

The Company is established for the public benefit for the following objects:- (i) to relieve stress on the persons or families caring for physically or mentally disabled or elderly persons. and (ii) to care in appropriate circumstances for physically disabled or elderly persons living alone. In the pursuance of the above objects the Company shall always supplement and complement, not replace, existing statutory services in the field of health and community care.
