The Trust Fund shall be held by the Trustees in trust for the following purposes: - ...(Third) I direct the Trustees to hold the Trust Fund for such purposes as the law shall from time to time regard as charitable within the meaning of Section 360 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1970 or of any Act amending or replacing the same and to distribute the Trust Fund at such time or times and in such amounts as may be determined by the Trustees in their sole discretion for such charitable purposes only.
