What the charity exists to do
To promotion, encouragement, advancement and education of the arts, heritage and culture By means of providing a place for artists to meet and learn about the arts in a relaxed atmosphere, encouraging self -expression• by holding and promoting public art exhibitions by enhancing the appreciation and understanding of art by providing stimulating lectures, visits, workshops and classes on a full range of topics concerning the fine and decorative arts• by liaising with government and other education bodies to promote and sponsor the arts and the Society's activities
