Constitutional objectives

The Trustees may apply the Trust Fund and the income thereof (even if they shall thereby exhaust the whole of the Trust Fund) for anyone or more of the following purposes, namely:- (a) The promotion and advancement of music, drama and the arts in the Grampian Region of Scotland. (b) The promotion and encouragement with financial assistance and otherwise of charitable youth organisations in the Grampian Region of Scotland. (c) The promotion and maintenance of Christian ecumenical church services in the Grampian Region of Scotland. and (d) The maintenance of community centres established in the interests of social welfare with the meaning of the Recreational Charities Act 1958 in the Grampian Region of Scotland and the rendering of assistance to other charitable bodies for the establishment, maintenance and promotion of such community centres: Provided always that in advancing the above mentioned objects the Trustees shall not apply any part of the Trust Fund or the income thereof unless the application thereof be only for purposes charitable in law.
