Constitutional objectives
The rest, residue and remainder of my estate shall be realised and the proceeds paid to my hereinafter appointed Administrator and Trustee for the following purposes: ... (ii) My Trustee shall utilise the income derived from the investments aforesaid for the purpose of enabling or assisting deserving scholars of the village of ALFORD, ABERDEENSHIRE, to pursue a University course of education. (iii) That Scholarships shall be awarded to deserving children, male or female on the basis of the recommendations put forward by the Principal of the School they have been attending in the village ALFORD, ABERDEENSHIRE.
