The Trustees shall divide such portion of the balance thereof as they shall see fit among such charitable religious and mixed charitable and religious and public bodies, societies, institutions and other of like character and also to individuals whose circumstances may in the opinion of the Trustees render it advisable for help being given them, in such proportions and at such times as the Trustee shall in their sole absolute discretion think fit, it being declared that the Trustees shall be the sole judges of the recipients of said income and there shall be no appeal whatsoever against their decision.
