The object of the Fund shall be to provide instruments and other items of equipment for the Galloway Community Hospital, Stranraer from hnds provided entirely by public donation. All items to be purchased by the Fund shall be approved by General Committee Members who shall at all times use their discretion and professional judgement to purchase items of whatever kind or description which will be to the advantage of the people of Stranraer and District and the effective running of the Galloway Community Hospital.
