02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
To provide relied to those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability or other disadvantage by providing services for people who require care and support in the activities of daily living, together with advice and assistance to others involved in their care. To promote and organise co-operation in the achievement of the above purposes and to that end to bring together representatives of statutory authorities and voluntary agencies engages in the furtherance of an of the above purposes

Constitutional objectives
4 The company's objects are: 4.1 to provide a range of health and social care services, which include, but are not limited to, personal care, mental health support, rehabilitation, and assistance with daily living activities. We will also provide advice and assistance to others involved in the provision of health and social care services. and 4.2 to promote and organise collaboration in the achievement of the above purposes and to that end to bring together representatives of statutory authorities and voluntary agencies engaged in the furtherance of any of the above purposes
