02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

The objects of the Trust are stated to be the relief of poverty in the Parishes of St. Machar and St Mark’s, Aberdeen and distributions are made annually at Christmas under the directions of the Trustees amongst the indigent poor of the Parishes of St. Machar and St Mark’s. The Trustees have powers to invest the Trust Fund in any manner which they think fit and to pay or apply the net income of the Trust Fund and any part of the capital in their absolute discretion in furtherance of the objects of the Trust
