Constitutional objectives
1. For the benefit of members, in good standing, of the said Loyal Orange Institution of Scotland who by reason of poverty or indigence are in need of financial assistance and support, or by reason of age and impotence are in need, such members of said Institution, and such members only. 2. To pay or apply the whole or any parts of the capital or income of the Trust Fund in or towards the provision of accommodation of the care for any beneficiary or beneficiaries in any convalescent home, nursing home or hospital during or following any illness, or condition necessitating medical attention.
