What the charity exists to do
We are a Citizens Advice Bureau Core Purpose is to provide: Free Advice: You never pay for any information or guidance. Confidential Support: Your details and problems are kept completely private. Impartial Service: Advisors do not judge you or take sides. Open to All: Anyone can use the service, regardless of background or income. What we help with Benefits: Checking your eligibility, completing forms, and appealing decisions. Debt & Money: Budgeting, managing debts, and dealing with creditors. Housing: Handling landlord disputes, eviction threats, and homelessness. Employment: Understanding workplace rights, redundancy, and unfair dismissal.
