02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

As a social enterprise The Wise Group is deeply passionate about transforming lives and lifting people out of poverty. We inspire positive change through relational mentoring and our ability to evidence our impact. Our customers include some of the most vulnerable people in society, such as people with experience of unemployment, offending, fuel poverty, homelessness, or disability. We measure our impact on the benefit to individuals and society. Every day our mentors support our customers into jobs, work to alleviate fuel poverty, and help people leaving the justice system to build a better future.
