(c) to retain accept purchase and sell lease and take on lease any property heritable and moveable real and personal of any and every description and wherever situated including power to do anything that in the opinion of the Trustees is required for the provision of office accommodation and equipment for the Trust. (d) to retain accept purchase and sell any assets of any description and wherever situated.
