To advance the arts, culture and heritage in Musselburgh and the surrounding area by encouraging public participation in visual arts activities, including but not limited to drawing, painting, printmaking, and mixed media, through the provision of workshops, exhibitions, demonstrations, and other community-based events. To advance community development (including rural regeneration) by using the arts to bring people together, reduce social isolation, promote wellbeing, and encourage a sense of belonging and inclusion across the community.
