Constitutional objectives
To provide aid, assistance and support for the local community residing within the area of benefit, where such provision is in the interests of social welfare and is made with the intention of improving the conditions of life of those living within the area. In this respect particular attention will be given to the needs of young people in the area as well as the needs of the elderly.
