Constitutional objectives
(a) The relief of poverty, deprivation, distress or sickness, and the furtherance of health, in particular but without prejudice to the foregoing, to provide training and education in skills of all kinds leading directly or indirectly to employment whether remunerated or otherwise. (b) To provide or assist in the provision of remedial and vocational training designed or adapted to meet the needs of the mentally or physically handicapped, disabled, those suffering any disorder and any other needy person, and to do all things as will enable such persons to integrate, far as possible, into the community. to advance education by providing financial assistance to handicapped, disabled and other needy persons to enable them to undertake suitable training and educational courses or employment.
