02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Was set up to provide donations and gifts ( Christmas ) to Beneficiaries ( Wives/Partners of deceased members ) The number of beneficiaries has diminished gradually through time, however is expected to rise again with generation changes. A hard working team keep in touch with all beneficiaries and will often discover needs which are then discussed. Fund raising includes 100 Club prize draws and donations from members.
