02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We are a museum which is open to members of the public to come and visit and see the large amount of exhibits we have on display in the building which relate to the fishing industry and the community and famous people from the town. The museum is run by volunteers and is open 6 months of the year.

Constitutional objectives
the object of the Association are to assemble, preserve and display to the public the heritage of the fishing community of Lossiemouth and the former County of Moray by establishing and maintaining a Museum.
