Constitutional objectives
(i) The Advancement of Health In pursuance of those aims (but not otherwise), the Trust shall have the following purposes: (ii) The treatment of various illnesses, disabilities and injuries and the alleviation thereof by the method of Hydrotherapy or other suitable methods and to provide facilities for the treatment by Hydrotherapy or other suitable methods of the sufferers from the said illnesses and others in Nairn District or elsewhere. (iii)(a) To carry on any other therapeutic treatments or activities which further any of the above objects.
