What the charity exists to do
To voluntarily supplement the Nursing and Health Care services provided in the Carnoustie, Barry and Panbride areas.

Constitutional objectives
To relieve the sickness and further the health of the community in the areas covered by the former Burgh of Carnoustie and the landward areas of the Parishes of Barry and Panbride by voluntarily supplementing the Nursing and Heal the Care services provided in the area under any relevant legislation and likewise by liaising and co-operating with the Medical, Nursing and Social Services personnel active in these fields and otherwise taking whatever action commends itself to the company in furtherance thereof.
