What the charity exists to do

(a) For the payment of acquiring, erecting, altering, improving, extending, renewing, repairing, decorating or equipping any buildings or playing fields occupied or used or intended to be occupied or used for educational purposes at Keil School, whether situated as at present at Dumbarton or elsewhere, or for any other purpose which the Trustees shall consider to be for the general educational benefit of pupils at the said school. or (b) for any purposes which in the opinion of the Trustees shall promote the advancement of education in Scotland or elsewhere, whether at the said school or not.
